RMWTUG Post-Launch Event Special Dinner Meeting, September 24, 2009

RMWTUG paid members plus a guest are invited to the post-launch event RMWTUG dinner meeting. This meeting will be held after the Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 Launch Event on Thursday, September 24, 2009, at a restaurant near the launch event location in the Denver metro area.

Due to space limitations, only the first 100 RMWTUG paid members and guests will be admitted. RSVP to this announcement to assure your place at this special dinner meeting. Bring your registration confirmation with you to the dinner meeting.

You may join or renew your membership at this event. Be sure to download and bring the completed membership form located at http://www.rmwtug.org/information.html. RMWTUG paid membership is good for one year from the date you join or renew.

- 5:00 p.m. - 5:15 p.m. Setup

- 5:15 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. Check-in, networking and reception

- 6:15 p.m. - 8:15 p.m. Dinner and short presentations

- 8:15 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Door prize giveaways 

The dinner will be a Fajita buffet. Soft drinks are included. A cash bar will also be available. 

Short presentations will include discussions of Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2 and other topics discussed at the Microsoft launch event that day. We will also have open technical discussions with the members. Microsoft will also be represented at this special RMWTUG event. 

This RMWTUG meeting will be held at the Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant, near the Park Meadows Mall, a short distance from the Microsoft Launch event, also held in the Park Meadows Mall area.

Microsoft Launch Event

We are working with Microsoft to see if there are additional seats available at the Microsoft Launch event, but we can make no promises. We are aware that some RMWTUG members have confirmed seats at the Microsoft launch event and some RMWTUG members are on the waiting list. 

We are also working with Microsoft to have an official RMWTUG presence at the launch event. 

There are two sessions at the Microsoft launch event. The developer session is in the morning and the I.T. Professional session is in the afternoon.
